What is TelNear™?
TelNear™ is a lightweight, native Windows application for remote support. Connect to another computer, see its desktop and use mouse and keyboard to help its user over an encrypted connection. It is already used for real customer assistance, while development and testing continue toward the first public release. With White-All™, you can also adapt the interface to your identity and workflow through XML, without recompiling the application. The demonstration below shows remote support and interface customization in action.
